How to solve the bubble on the surface of molybdenum rod?
Molybdenum rods are widely used in metallurgy, electronic components manufacturing and other processing industries, especially in the production of advanced ceramics, molybdenum rods can still be used normally in high temperature environment. However, in fact, at higher temperatures, the surface of molybdenum rod will be some bubbles, how to deal with them when bubbles occur?

1. Air bubbles are produced due to imperfect welding. Like welding defects, the insufficient welding, welding cracks and voids, these defects will make the welding part of the substrate is destroyed, when it is at the high temperature power, the local overheating will make glass phase flow from the matrix, after high temperature test, it can produce some bubbles.
2. Sintering is not completely, which will cause the space between the grain bonding of matrix, these gaps can be connected to each other at high temperature, the glass phase will overflow surface, resulting in the surface bubble.

In view of the above two kinds of reasons that caused the bubbles, I think can solve the bubble problem from the above two aspects. When it is welding, we should do complete welding, leaving no welding gap. In the case of incomplete sintering, the protective film on the surface of the product should be as thin as possible, and the structure is more compact, so as to improve the ability of oxidation resistance at high temperature, and improve the working temperature and service life of molybdenum rod.
