Two surfaces are free from defects such as delamination, cracks, burrs, and vertical cracks.
The production process includes molding, sintering, drape forging and machining. Its surface is silver gray metallic luster when it is sintered.
When molybdenum products are needed to remove oxide, it can use severe acid (fluoride acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid), please pay attention to the operation. Then wash them with warm water, the molybdenum products will lose luster after washing.
It is used for making electric vacuum device and electric light source parts, and used as high temperature heating and high temperature structural parts, in glass and refractory fiber industry, it is used as electrode in furnace. It can work at 1300 degrees molten glass and has long life. It can be used as molybdenum electrode in rare earth industry.
