Tungsten crucible is widely used in rare earth smelting, quartz glass, electronic spraying, crystal growth and other industries.
The application of tungsten crucible:
Because the melting point of tungsten is high as much as 3410℃, so the tungsten crucible is widely used in cord cage in the industrial furnace such as sapphire single crystal growth furnace, quartz glass melting furnace, rare earth smelting furnace and other industrial furnaces. Its working temperature is generally above 2000℃. Especially for the sapphire single crystal growth furnace, the tungsten crucible with the features of high purity, high density, no crack, precise size and smooth internal and external wall plays a key role in seed success rate, crystal quality control, crystal stick pan and service life of sapphire crystal in the growth process.
